What are LCAs

The Amazon Creative Labs are laboratories for innovative experimentation, training and demonstrating the potential of the forest and its communities. Designed in geodesic domes powered by photovoltaic solar energy and with connectivity, they circulate around the various communities of the Amazon. They use instruments for prototyping the processing of raw materials from the Amazon to turn them into products with high added value, benefiting the various links in the value chains.

In addition to technological innovations, LCAs promote the empowerment of local communities with more information about the natural resources at their disposal and the use of cutting-edge technologies that can help develop forest products. We also learn from these communities and add traditional knowledge to our developments and proposals, co-creating innovative and disruptive solutions to keep the forest standing.
